Prive Club DFW LLC operates under the City of Dallas Transportation-for-Hire ordinance. The policies below are published in accordance with Sec. 47A-2.1.7.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Prive Club DFW LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for intoxicating substances. Our chauffeurs are strictly prohibited from using drugs or alcohol while on duty or for a minimum of 8 hours before going on duty. Any violation results in immediate removal from service. To report a suspected violation, call us at +1 (214) 336-9996 or report it to the City of Dallas by calling 3-1-1.
Wheelchair Accessible Service

To file a complaint about transportation-for-hire service with the City of Dallas, call 3-1-1 (or 214-670-3111 from outside Dallas city limits), or visit dallascityhall.com. Please include the company name (Prive Club DFW LLC), vehicle information, and the date and time of your trip.
